Our offer

Used to reinforce weak subsoil by means of soilcrete (soil and concrete) columns.
Applied to weak cohesive and organic soil (with the exclusion of soil with acid pH reaction).
Consists in deep mixing of the soil with cement slurry. A mixer with injection nozzles is driven into the ground to feed the slurry (the size and shape of the mixer depends on actual subsurface conditions). First, the hole is drilled and filled with cement slurry. Once the design depth is reached forming of the column begins. The mixer, properly rotated and lifted, evenly mixes the slurry with the soil. Upon setting the mixture forms a lasting soilcrete column.
The effect
- A variety of shapes can be formed: columns, walls, grids and blocks.
- Column diameters ranging from 0.4 to 1.2 m.
- Column lengths up to 10 m.
- The material of soilcrete columns ensures low water permeability and prevents drainage of the subsoil.
- Compressive strength in the order of 3 to 6 MPa in cohesive soils and up to 2 MPa in organic soils.
